Bar Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Represent a select range of premium spirits from the Heaven Hill portfolio.

• Drive sales, cultivate brand advocacy, and enhance brand awareness through strategic market activations, education, and events.

• Foster brand loyalty and advocacy for Heaven Hill within targeted on-premise accounts in the local market.

• Increase distribution and secure menu placements in key accounts.

• Conduct staff training sessions, trade education, and consumer experiences.

• Establish relationships with industry influencers to enhance brand visibility.

• Collaborate with sales teams and distributor partners to implement market plans.

• Represent the brand at major trade exhibitions, regional events, and national activations.

• Organize and deliver impactful brand education programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 5 years in field sales, brand ambassadorship, or advocacy with established connections in the spirits industry.

• Profound knowledge and passion for spirits, with expertise in agave and whiskey preferred.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Self-motivated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Proven capability to manage multiple projects both independently and collaboratively.

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, with travel as required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and adept at utilizing technology for presentations, tools, and reporting.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

• Willingness to travel nationally up to 15% of the time for conferences, trade shows, and other events.
