Banking Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and enhancement of UI/UX for GoBanking solutions.

• Establish and uphold design standards, best practices, and operational processes.

• Create project plans and allocate staff for new product development and system maintenance initiatives.

• Track project timelines and deliver progress reports to executive leadership.

• Provide guidance on budget and staffing requirements for equipment and personnel.

• Address escalated application issues and urgent system challenges.

• Lead the implementation and training for new applications, enhancements, and releases.

• Supervise Business Analyst teams, perform evaluations, manage performance, and facilitate career development.

• Direct hiring, onboarding, and professional development activities.

• Act as a technical advisor to internal departments.

• Maintain organized workspaces within technology environments and associated areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field—or equivalent experience in financial services.

• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a financial institution or financial data processing service provider.

• Advanced understanding of UI/UX design, software engineering principles, tools, and methodologies.

• Knowledge of financial data processing system design and digital banking technologies.

• Exceptional planning, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, committed to team development.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.

• Regular and dependable attendance.

• Experience leading teams in digital banking platforms or managing mobile and online banking solutions.

• Familiarity with GoBanking products, architecture, and technology ecosystems.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale software engineering projects from strategy to delivery.

• Experience with compliance, cybersecurity, or customer-facing fintech solutions.

• Banking experience is preferred.
