Banking and Treasury Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Process and post daily banking transactions for various global entities.

• Ensure precise coding and allocation of banking transactions within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations across different currencies and bank accounts.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and financial systems.

• Collaborate with internal finance teams and banking partners to address transactional inquiries.

• Assist in month-end and year-end activities by ensuring accurate and timely banking processes.

• Support treasury functions, including cash forecasting, cash management, and liquidity planning.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and audit trails for all banking activities.

• Identify opportunities to enhance and automate manual processes through AI-enabled solutions.

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within Global Finance.

• Report directly to the Financial Controller.

• Proven ability to process a high volume of financial transactions with accuracy.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to quality.

• Confidence in working across various systems and handling large datasets.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage competing priorities.

• Experience with multiple currencies and international transactions.

• Interest in process enhancement, automation, or AI-driven efficiencies.

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, treasury operations, or global banking environments is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Practical experience and capability are prioritized over formal qualifications; candidates with experience are encouraged to apply.
