This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design, test, and implement solutions for intricate software challenges, emphasizing innovation and high availability.
• Incrementally write and test code utilizing agile methodologies and comprehensive documentation.
• Conduct detailed code reviews and assist the team with technical and architectural design choices.
• Establish continuous deployment, monitoring, logging, and manage applications in live environments.
• Sustain and enhance the payments platform, executing root cause analysis and reducing incident impacts.
• Engage proactively with peer teams, such as GBBS, and collaborate on the technical refinement of user stories.
• Collaboratively design the future architectural trajectory of the platform with the team.
• Contribute to the Financial Integrator, which serves as the central accounting and transactional data platform for Mooz, the fintech of Grupo Boticário.
• Aid in the advancement of version V2, which includes the Credit vertical (Credit as a Service - CaaS).
• Provide support for a platform handling over 7 million monthly transactions, with an anticipated increase of 11.3 million additional transactions monthly.
• Emit consolidated events to the SAP S/4HANA ERP through Kafka.
• Proficient in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven design (Kafka).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and engineering best practices.
• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.
• Demonstrated expertise in unit and integration testing.
• Proficient with Git or other collaborative version control systems.
• Experience in configuring and managing scheduled jobs.
• Previous experience in financial solutions, payments, or fintech sectors.
• Frontend knowledge to assist in creating and managing portals and tools for internal teams.
• Technical expertise in high-availability, real-time, or fault-tolerant systems.
• Technical specialization in mission-critical systems.
• Technical expertise in infrastructure automation, specialized platforms, or service provisioning.
• Passion and interest in integrating Artificial Intelligence into daily work.
