Backend Developer, Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable backend systems utilizing Java and Spring Boot.

• Create robust microservices solutions to accommodate complex application needs.

• Work closely with the customer’s team to evaluate technical specifications and produce high-quality code.

• Provide expert insights to enhance application performance, reliability, and security.

• Engage in code reviews and offer constructive feedback to colleagues.

• Document technical processes and solutions with clear and concise written communication.

• Diagnose, debug, and refine backend systems as necessary.

• Leverage backend development expertise to assist in training next-generation AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mastery of the Java programming language.

• Practical experience with the Spring Boot framework for backend development.

• In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and design principles.

• Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.

• Experience working with remote teams in a dynamic environment.

• Comprehensive understanding of REST APIs, data structures, and backend best practices.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred).

• Previous experience on AI-driven or data-intensive projects (preferred).

• Background in high-availability or distributed systems (preferred).

• No prior experience in AI is required.
