This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design and develop an advanced reliability platform for the client's production systems.

• Establish a centralized reliability command center that offers a cohesive view of system health, risk, and reliability across various services and environments.

• Develop AI agents for incident triage, root-cause analysis, log/trace summarization, and suggested next steps.

• Create features and APIs aimed at developers for data exploration, debugging, and informed decision-making.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to prototype, refactor, and deliver high-quality code efficiently.

• Manage projects from start to finish, encompassing requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and iterative improvements based on feedback.

• Work collaboratively with product, infrastructure, data, and SRE teams to transform challenges into effective solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering, with proven success in building and maintaining complex production systems.

• Strong expertise in Python, with experience in architecting data-intensive applications and robust APIs.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and product intuition; capable of interpreting ambiguous requirements and quickly iterating towards viable solutions.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar technologies.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI frameworks to improve automation and provide guidance with appropriate guardrails and citations.
