📋 Description

• Join a digital product team dedicated to Direct Sales initiatives.

• Create innovative Generative AI solutions that empower the sales team and enhance business KPIs.

• Act as a technical liaison, addressing intricate issues and defining the technical strategy.

• Minimize technical debt while constructing backend solutions that prioritize performance, simplicity, and code quality.

• Develop and evaluate Proofs of Concept utilizing GenAI technologies.

• Create automated unit and end-to-end (E2E) tests, perform code reviews, and engage in pair programming.

• Track system utilization, error rates, and stability metrics to ensure precise data tagging.

• Propose enhancements, identify optimization opportunities, and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.

• Engage in technical and product discussions, pursuing practical solutions to business challenges.

• Collaborate with the team through open and transparent communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Node.js and/or Python.

• Familiarity with automated unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing.

• Quality analysis proficiency using Sonar.

• Knowledge of relational databases (RDS) and non-relational databases (DocumentDB, DynamoDB).

• Experience utilizing AWS services such as EC2, Secrets Manager, and ElastiCache for Redis.

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, including Kafka and SQS.

• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and GitHub Actions.

• Implementation of logging, metrics, and distributed tracing.

• Understanding of secure coding best practices and vulnerability/incident resolution.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within agile squads (Scrum/Kanban).

• Experience with coding assistants like GitHub Copilot and Cursor is advantageous.

• Familiarity with integrating LLM APIs, agent platforms, or GenAI engines is a plus.

• Front-end development experience is a bonus.
