Back-end Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain high-performance, scalable, and reusable backend microservices utilizing .NET Core.

• Assume responsibility for the entire development lifecycle, encompassing technical design, story breakdown, deployment, and debugging.

• Work in close collaboration with Frontend Engineers, Product Managers, and UI Designers to outline requirements and fulfill the product roadmap.

• Advocate for and comply with best practices in software design, security, performance, and cloud architecture.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges in production environments.

• Foster a “DevOps mindset” by supporting the team’s strategies, standards, and practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in backend development.

• Proficient in .NET Core / C#.

• Extensive experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure (or AWS as an alternative).

• Skilled in SQL / Azure SQL.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and constructing microservices.

• Solid experience in developing PaaS and SaaS products.

• Comprehensive understanding of software design patterns and the complete Software Development Lifecycle.

• Proficient in using Git.

• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and coordination skills.

• A proactive, self-motivated individual with a keen desire to learn, solve problems, and take ownership.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with message-based communication (ServiceBus / MassTransit).

• Nice to have: Experience with ReactJS / React Native.

• Nice to have: Exposure to GraphQL.

• Nice to have: Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).

• Desirable: Technical diploma or higher qualification in Computer Science or a related field.

• Desirable: 7+ years of experience as a Backend Developer.

• Desirable: Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
