B2B Telephone Interviewer – Daytime

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct high-quality telephone interviews from home on behalf of the research team.

• Adhere to guided scripts and accurately document respondents' responses.

• Reach out to business owners and senior decision-makers.

• Gather information for UK Government research regarding employers' skills, training, and employment requirements.

• Establish rapport, listen attentively, and ask relevant questions.

• Schedule weekly shifts via the booking portal following paid training.

• Engage in a virtual video assessment and complete paid live trial training.

• Must be capable of working from a UK location.

• A computer or laptop is necessary.

• A USB headset is required.

• An Ethernet connection is needed.

• A quiet home workspace and a reliable broadband connection are essential.

• Confidence in using a computer and accurately recording information is important.

• Dependability and the ability to work towards targets are required.

• Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.

• Ideally, some experience in phone-based customer service, sales, or a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Must fulfill the application form's six key criteria.

• Completion of a virtual video assessment focused on customer service and telephone skills is required.

• Successful completion of the paid live trial training session is necessary.
