B2B Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Propel sales for Genius® and other Global Payments solutions targeting small and mid-sized businesses in the restaurant, retail, and service sectors.

• Take ownership of and maintain a steady pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking initiatives.

• Provide consultative, value-driven presentations both in-person and virtually.

• Showcase how Genius® enables businesses to streamline payment processes, enhance operations, and boost customer loyalty.

• Work in conjunction with the District Manager to pinpoint opportunities, schedule appointments, and finalize sales in a timely manner.

• Ensure precise tracking of pipeline and activities in Atlas and Salesforce, including notes from calls, follow-ups, and communications with clients.

• Promote and sell additional features, software enhancements, and hardware upgrades to existing merchants.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one year of experience in B2B or B2C Outside Sales.

• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or merchant services sectors.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Adept at fostering relationships and selling both in-person and online.

• High energy level, self-driven, results-oriented, competitive, and collaborative mindset.

• Professional demeanor with the capability to connect with business owners and build trust swiftly.

• Willingness to spend 75% of work time in the field.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Must reside within two hours of the job posting location.
