This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan, +3 more countries.
• Oversee daily sales trends across various segments, including brand, country, supplier, key company partners, and business lines.
• Evaluate multiple core metrics in conjunction to form a comprehensive overview.
• Work proficiently with extensive datasets; pinpoint significant events and business shifts reflected in the data.
• Fully engage in business processes to uncover root causes for metric fluctuations.
• Create solutions that foster positive trend-level improvements.
• Partner with other teams to execute agreed-upon strategies, provide well-founded justifications for suggested measures, develop action plans, and track outcomes.
• Clearly present findings using charts and numerical data.
• Advocate for the company's interests and offer well-reasoned refusals under pressure when necessary.
• Communicate daily with the commercial team, delve into market specifics, gather feedback, organize and consolidate received information, and present it in a summarized format.
• Ensure the integrity of collected data, clarify and verify questionable or potentially inaccurate information with relevant teams.
• Handle internal inquiries regarding pricing discrepancies with competitors, verify data accuracy, make pricing decisions, and issue discounts.
• 1–3 years of experience in analytics, pricing, revenue management, commercial analytics, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical capabilities: proficiency in managing multiple metrics and analytical tools simultaneously, understanding business processes behind the data, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to identify root causes of changes.
• Advanced Excel skills (including cubes, pivot tables, complex formulas, and charts).
• Basic SQL skills: ability to read and modify existing queries and write simple queries to extract data from multiple tables.
• Experience working with large datasets, high attention to detail, and systematic/structured thinking.
• Experience with BI tools is an advantage.
