This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Manage a portfolio of 4–6 B2B accounts.
• Act as the main strategic partner for clients, overseeing performance narratives and spotting growth opportunities.
• Ensure that marketing initiatives are in sync with pipeline growth, lead quality, and revenue results.
• Connect MQL generation and pipeline conversion with client marketing and sales teams.
• Engage in discussions regarding ICP definition, lead scoring, funnel conversion, and sales feedback loops.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure execution remains on track.
• Work alongside the Account Director on quarterly strategies and long-term growth initiatives.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem.
• Conduct weekly client calls for larger accounts and assist with PM-led calls for smaller accounts.
• Convert Power Circuit roadmap outputs into weekly account priorities and highlight any execution deviations.
• Monitor lead quality, MQL→SQL conversion, and funnel contributions.
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, and ABM teams around a cohesive account strategy.
• Align with client marketing contacts on ICP, campaign priorities, and reporting schedules.
• Assist with quarterly strategy, renewal preparations, and discussions around service expansion.
• Foster and maintain client relationships, aiming for at least a 90% retention rate.
• Utilize Iris and Nova daily, proactively identifying performance issues and maintaining a 100% Pulse cadence.
• Contribute to team coaching and development, marketing strategy implementation, client retention, and revenue growth.
• 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing or client services, with a proven track record of managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Strong understanding of pipeline metrics to confidently lead discussions — MQL, SQL, CPL, win rates, CAC.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and their connection to reporting.
• Comfortable presenting to and communicating with VP and director-level client stakeholders.
• Proficient in cross-channel marketing across paid, SEO, content, and ABM.
• Previous experience in B2B marketing environments, with an understanding of the unique dynamics of the sales cycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convert data into a coherent narrative.
• Must be a resident and legally authorized to work in Argentina.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
