This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Manage a portfolio of 4–6 B2B accounts.
• Act as the primary strategic partner for clients, taking ownership of the performance narrative, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Serve as the daily strategic lead for B2B clients, focusing on pipeline growth, lead quality, and revenue outcomes.
• Collaborate with client marketing and sales teams to connect MQL generation with pipeline conversion.
• Engage in discussions regarding ICP definition, lead scoring, funnel conversion, and sales feedback loops.
• Work alongside Project Managers to ensure execution stays on track.
• Partner with the Account Director to develop quarterly strategies and long-term growth plans.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem and operate within Iris and Nova on a daily basis.
• Lead weekly client calls for larger accounts and support PM-led calls for smaller accounts.
• Translate outputs from the Power Circuit roadmap into weekly account priorities and identify any strategic deviations.
• Monitor pipeline metrics and raise concerns to the Account Director as needed.
• Coordinate efforts among paid, SEO, content, and ABM teams to ensure a cohesive account strategy.
• Align with client marketing contacts on ICP, campaign priorities, and reporting schedules.
• Assist in quarterly strategy, renewal preparations, and discussions regarding service expansion.
• Foster and maintain client relationships, contributing to a retention rate of at least 90% across accounts.
• Utilize performance data to proactively identify issues and maintain a Pulse cadence of 100%.
• 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing or client services, with a track record of managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Strong understanding of pipeline metrics to effectively engage in discussions about MQL, SQL, CPL, win rates, and CAC.
• Familiar with CRM and marketing automation platforms (like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and their integration with reporting.
• Comfortable presenting to and communicating with VP and director-level client stakeholders.
• Cross-channel proficiency in paid, SEO, content, and ABM strategies.
• Experience in B2B marketing environments with a solid grasp of the unique dynamics of the sales cycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of transforming data into a compelling narrative.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is essential for this role.
• Candidates must reside in and be legally authorized to work in Argentina.
