This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Manage a portfolio consisting of 4–6 B2B accounts.
• Act as the primary strategic partner for clients, owning the performance narrative and identifying avenues for growth.
• Ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with pipeline growth, lead quality, and revenue targets.
• Lead weekly meetings with clients on larger accounts and provide support for PM-led meetings on smaller accounts.
• Convert Power Circuit roadmap outputs into weekly account priorities and flag any execution discrepancies.
• Track pipeline metrics such as lead quality, MQL→SQL conversion, and funnel contribution.
• Coordinate efforts of paid, SEO, content, and ABM teams around a cohesive account strategy.
• Collaborate with client marketing contacts regarding ICP, campaign priorities, and reporting schedules.
• Assist in quarterly strategy discussions, renewal preparations, and conversations about service expansions.
• Build and sustain client relationships, striving for a retention rate of ≥90%.
• Utilize Iris and Nova on a daily basis, leveraging performance data to proactively identify issues and maintain a 100% Pulse cadence.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem pertinent to the department.
• 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing or client services, with a focus on managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Possesses a strong understanding of pipeline metrics to effectively lead discussions — MQL, SQL, CPL, win rates, CAC.
• Familiar with CRM and marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and their connection to reporting.
• Comfortable presenting to and communicating with client stakeholders at the VP and director levels.
• Cross-channel proficiency in paid media, SEO, content, and ABM strategies.
• Experienced in B2B marketing environments, understanding the unique dynamics of the sales cycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate data into a coherent narrative.
• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in Argentina.
• Base salary paid in USD along with commission opportunities.
