B2B Lead Generation, Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement B2B lead generation strategies across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, with an emphasis on securing qualified meetings and building a strong pipeline.

• Identify ideal customer profiles, target industries, buyer personas, pain points, targeted campaigns, and messaging strategies.

• Engage in initial prospect discussions, evaluate suitability, nurture qualified leads, and transfer opportunities to the sales team.

• Maintain oversight of leads post-handoff and follow up with the sales team regarding meeting outcomes.

• Identify content requirements, produce essential materials, or collaborate with freelancers/agencies.

• Oversee lead capture, nurturing workflows, and campaign tracking within Salesforce/HubSpot.

• Analyze CTR, CPL, qualified leads, meetings, pipeline contribution, and ROI metrics.

• Coordinate co-branded campaigns with vendor partners and optimize Market Development Funds (MDF).


⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in marketing.

• Over 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, ideally within the technology, IT services, managed services, SaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, or related sectors.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Practical experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, digital campaigns, or outbound B2B outreach.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Proven track record in generating qualified B2B leads and securing sales meetings, beyond just marketing engagement.

• Highly self-sufficient, proactive, and results-driven, capable of taking ownership of the lead-generation process.

• Understanding of concepts related to managed services, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection, backup/disaster recovery, cloud, or storage solutions.

• Experience collaborating with technology vendors such as Cohesity, Rubrik, Pure Storage, Cisco, AWS, or similar organizations.

• Background in working with freelancers, agencies, or external content creators.
