B2B Lead Generation, Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Create and implement B2B lead generation strategies utilizing LinkedIn and other applicable platforms.

• Establish ideal customer profiles, target sectors, buyer personas, pain points, focused campaigns, and messaging.

• Engage in initial discussions with prospects to evaluate alignment.

• Cultivate qualified leads and transfer pertinent opportunities to the sales team.

• Maintain oversight of leads following transfer.

• Follow up with the sales team regarding meeting results.

• Ensure prospects are properly advanced or nurtured.

• Identify content requirements and produce essential materials directly or in collaboration with freelancers/agencies.

• Oversee lead capture, nurturing workflows, and campaign monitoring in Salesforce/HubSpot.

• Track CTR, CPL, qualified leads, meetings, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

• Collaborate with significant vendor partners to implement co-branded campaigns and optimize Market Development Funds (MDF).


⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in marketing.

• Over 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, ideally in technology, IT services, managed services, SaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, or similar fields.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Practical experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, digital campaigns, or outbound B2B outreach.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Proven capability to generate qualified B2B leads and sales meetings, beyond mere marketing engagement.

• Highly self-sufficient, proactive, and results-driven, with a capacity to take charge of the lead-generation process.

• Comprehension of concepts related to managed services, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection, backup/disaster recovery, cloud, or storage solutions.

• Experience collaborating with technology vendors such as Cohesity, Rubrik, Pure Storage, Cisco, AWS, or similar entities.

• Experience working with freelancers, agencies, or external content creators.
