📋 Description

• Operate heavy machinery by utilizing mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic controls in line with operational procedure manuals and practical expertise

• Load and transport various materials including ore, slag, coal, and ferronickel

• Use equipment such as wheel loaders, hydraulic excavators, motor graders, crawler tractors, and dump trucks

• Perform maintenance and enhancements on access roads utilizing a motor grader

• Stack materials such as ore, slag, and coal

• Utilize a hook-lift truck for container removal

• Wet down roads using a water truck

• Deliver supplies and materials to various locations within the industrial facility

• Maintain daily records of machine operating hours in spreadsheets

• Inspect and clean equipment at the start and conclusion of each shift

• Aid heavy equipment mechanics and lubricators in identifying and diagnosing mechanical issues

• Adhere to policies and procedures related to Operational Safety and Health, Environmental Stewardship, Social Responsibility, and Business Integrity

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma

• Proven experience in operating heavy machinery, including motor graders, crawler tractors, wheel loaders, hydraulic excavators, water trucks, dump trucks, and hook-lift trucks

• Valid Class D driver's license

• Willingness to work shifts and administrative hours

• Technical training in Mining or Metallurgy is advantageous
