AWS Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create front-end applications utilizing React, Node.js, and TypeScript.

• Develop backend services in Python operating on AWS Lambda.

• Design and maintain workflows with AWS Step Functions, Textract, and Bedrock.

• Provide support for infrastructure managed via CloudFormation.

• Construct and improve a multi-tenant, case-agnostic platform currently serving active clients.

• Work closely with engineering leadership to deliver new features and platform enhancements.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to expedite development processes and enhance productivity.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.

• Rapidly and reliably deliver high-quality features.

• Ensure front-end and back-end systems remain scalable, maintainable, and efficient.

• Support technical solutions that align with business goals and client requirements.

• Uphold high engineering standards while maintaining a quick pace.

• Assist in scaling the platform as new functionalities are introduced.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in Puerto Rico.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without any current or future sponsorship needs.

• Mid-level full stack development experience is required, using React/TypeScript for the front end and Python for the back end.

• Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including clean code practices, modular APIs, and maintainable architecture.

• Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, Textract, Bedrock, and CloudFormation, or equivalent expertise in Azure or GCP environments with solid cloud fundamentals.

• Experience in building and maintaining production software applications.

• Proficiency in using AI-assisted development tools as part of daily operations.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Professional proficiency in English is required.

• Experience with Salesforce or Agentforce is preferred.

• Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS architectures is preferred.

• Experience in document processing, workflow automation, or AI-driven applications is preferred.

• Background in fast-paced startup or early-stage product environments is preferred.

• AWS certifications are preferred.

• Must be execution-focused and highly accountable.

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong builder mentality with a proactive approach.

• Curious, adaptable, and enthusiastic about learning.

• Comfortable integrating AI-assisted development into the workflow.

• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
