AWS Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Become a part of a stable project as an AWS Data Engineer.

• Engage in data engineering tasks.

• Analyze data utilizing AWS services.

• Create and oversee data flows using Airflow.

• Collaborate with containerization technologies such as Docker and ECS.

• Leverage Apache Spark (PySpark), Python, and SQL for data engineering activities.

• Potentially work with technologies like Kafka, dbt, Java, databases, QlikView, QlikSense, Databricks, and adopt agile methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in data engineering.

• Proficient in data analysis within the AWS environment.

• Familiarity with Apache Spark (PySpark).

• Programming skills in Python and SQL.

• Strong understanding of data-flow orchestration using Airflow.

• Knowledge of containerization technologies, including Docker and ECS.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level, both spoken and written.

• Experience with open-source tools like Kafka and dbt is a plus.

• Valued experience in Java programming and databases.

• Valued familiarity with QlikView and QlikSense.

• Valued experience with Databricks.

• Valued experience in agile methodologies.
