AVP, Quality Engineering – CenterWell Segment

📋 Description

• Execute procedures to guarantee that information systems products and services conform to organizational standards and fulfill end-user needs.

• Spearhead and conduct software testing to confirm proper functionality and ensure defect-free operation.

• Generate test data for applications.

• Document and resolve intricate issues.

• Update management on the progress of problem resolution.

• Propose enhancements to existing procedures and create models for potential future configurations.

• Serve as an information resource for technical writers regarding assigned areas.

• Conduct in-depth workflow analysis and recommend quality enhancements.

• Coordinate activities within departments.

• Formulate and execute strategic plans that align with Segment or Business strategy.

• Lead and nurture a team of associates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.

• Significant experience in the information technology sector.

• Proven track record in leading and developing a team of associates.

• Proficient in software testing methodologies.

• History of success in spearheading quality improvement initiatives.

• Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) designation.

• A strong commitment to contributing to an organization that prioritizes the continuous enhancement of consumer experiences.

• A minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for employees working from home or in a hybrid home/office setup.

• Availability of a dedicated workspace free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
