This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Oversee a team dedicated to People & Culture technology, operations, analytics, and enablement.
• Direct the strategy, governance, execution, and ongoing enhancement of People & Culture technology, operations, and enablement initiatives.
• Act as the primary enterprise leader for P&C systems, data and analytics, process optimization, automation, AI-driven workforce solutions, and People operations infrastructure.
• Collaborate with P&C leadership, technology teams, and external vendors to create scalable and secure solutions.
• Formulate and implement the enterprise P&C technology roadmap.
• Partner with the Executive Vice President, Chief People & Culture Officer on critical initiatives, outcomes, and organizational priorities.
• Oversee governance, optimization, security, and continual improvement of P&C technology platforms, which include HRIS, talent, recruiting, learning, performance, rewards, and workforce planning solutions.
• Ensure compliance of P&C systems, processes, and data practices with regulatory, privacy, security, risk, and internal control requirements.
• Design and enhance comprehensive P&C processes, workflows, service delivery models, and operating metrics.
• Promote operational excellence through standardization, simplification, automation, and process redesign.
• Establish workforce data quality, governance, reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Convert workforce insights into talent, organizational, and business recommendations.
• Identify and implement automation, AI, and digital solutions to enhance productivity, decision-making, and employee experience.
• Lead cross-functional transformation, adoption, and change management initiatives.
• Guide and develop team members, manage vendor relationships, and oversee project prioritization, budgets, contracts, and implementation activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Generally, a minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, HR Technology, HR Operations, People Analytics, or related areas.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in managing teams.
• Proven experience leading HRIS, workforce analytics, process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Skilled in managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in supporting executive leadership, board reporting, or regulatory reporting is preferred.
• Background in financial services or highly regulated industries is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight and out-of-state travel.
