This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead the global partner management team, supervising regional leaders and strategic initiatives across diverse partner types.
• Formulate and implement the global partner management strategy in alignment with corporate growth goals.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams.
• Create scalable frameworks for joint business planning, governance, and performance assessment.
• Identify emerging markets, ecosystem trends, and new market-entry strategies.
• Manage budgeting, including strategy allocation and reconciliation processes.
• Define the vision and work in partnership with senior management on departmental strategy.
• Offer managerial guidance and oversee performance management for direct reports and teams.
• Handle human resources-related management functions, which include hiring, compensation management, employee relations, and terminations.
• Supervise the identification and recruitment of management and strategic roles.
• Cultivate future leaders and build a management team capable of supporting rapid growth.
• Provide strategic influence to internal and external peer industry groups and clients.
• Act as an escalation point for complex and high-stakes issues.
• Plan the strategic vision, organizational structure, operating policies, procedures, and management practices in collaboration with leadership.
• Work with stakeholders and business leaders to promote cross-departmental initiatives and operational excellence.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 15 years of experience in a related field.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of prior management experience.
• Relevant senior-level management experience.
• Proven fiscal responsibility/accountability in budget management.
• Outstanding problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
• Strong collaboration skills effectively applied within a team and across other areas.
