AVP - Finance Technology, Systems, AI Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the Finance technology and transformation strategy.

• Direct the roadmap for Oracle ERP, OneStream, Adaptive Planning, reporting, analytics, integrations, and other essential Finance functions.

• Define and spearhead a multi-year agenda focused on Finance AI and automation.

• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to enhance productivity, decision-making, accuracy, and scalability.

• Promote the responsible integration of generative AI, copilots, agent-based solutions, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics.

• Modernize comprehensive Finance processes across FP&A, financial closing and reporting, Treasury, Tax, Revenue Accounting, and Finance Shared Services.

• Establish governance frameworks for Finance technology, data, AI, security, controls, and SOX compliance.

• Collaborate with senior leaders across Finance, IT, Data, and Business Operations.

• Translate strategic priorities into scalable initiatives, investment choices, and quantifiable business outcomes.

• Cultivate and motivate a high-performing global organization that encompasses Finance platforms, ERP and EPM, analytics, automation, and process excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in Finance, Finance Technology, Financial Systems, or Finance Transformation.

• At least 7 years of experience leading global teams.

• Experience in an enterprise software company is preferred.

• Extensive knowledge of enterprise Finance platforms, including ERP and EPM solutions such as Oracle, SAP, OneStream, Hyperion, Adaptive Planning, or similar technologies.

• Proven history of defining roadmaps and executing large-scale transformations involving AI, automation, data, digital Finance, or process modernization.

• Hands-on experience in assessing and scaling generative AI, copilots, agent-based solutions, machine learning, and intelligent automation within a governed enterprise setting.

• Strong understanding of Finance and business, including financial reporting, analytics, controls, governance, data, and enterprise technology.

• Executive presence and influential leadership capabilities.

• CPA, CMA, MBA, or another relevant advanced degree or professional credential is preferred.
