This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.
• Managing projects while acting as a client liaison for airport design and construction initiatives in designated regions.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Leading quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) activities.
• Recognizing and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Building and sustaining relationships with airport sponsors, aviation authorities, and industry collaborators.
• Assisting in proposal development and pursuit strategies.
• Working closely with leadership to foster growth in targeted markets.
• Engaging in industry organizations and attending conferences.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) License.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in airport design and/or construction, whether in the private sector or government roles.
• Experience in airport design, construction administration, and project management.
• Comprehensive understanding of FAA advisory circulars concerning airport design and the FAA grant process.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Capability to lead and mentor current staff while nurturing new talent to support the aviation group's growth.
• A self-driven, team-oriented individual with the ability to tackle challenging projects within a collaborative environment.
