AV Scriptwriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize and script audiovisual content across various formats, ranging from short-form social media clips to extended branded films.

• Create two or three unique creative directions based on a brief, supported by references and a potential title strategy.

• Develop chosen creative directions into production-ready audiovisual scripts, encompassing dialogue, voiceover, and on-screen text.

• Construct compelling hooks and coherent narratives tailored to different brands, audiences, tones, and platforms.

• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure scripts are in harmony with visual direction and brand standards.

• Polish scripts in response to feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in AV scriptwriting, preferably from an agency setting rather than general copywriting.

• A portfolio showcasing AV concepts and scripts.

• Exceptional command of the English language.

• Strong understanding of pacing, tone, and structure in scriptwriting.

• Excellent collaboration skills and willingness to iterate with creative directors, designers, and producers.

• Interest in or knowledge of AI tools for creative ideation or drafting is a bonus.
