• Visit veterinary clinics to connect with the audience you are writing for.

• Follow up with veterinary clinics via phone and investigate stories.

• Create newsletters for veterinary clinics and pet owners.

• Transform specialist knowledge about animal health into engaging, SEO-friendly blog posts.

• Develop and craft innovative print materials.

• Produce social media content and enhance audience engagement.

• Analyze open rates and traffic, drawing actionable insights.

• Exceptional writing abilities tailored for diverse audiences: technical and professional for veterinarians, and warm and clear for pet owners.

• Writing samples hold greater significance than your educational qualifications.

• Openness to approach unfamiliar individuals and contact veterinary practices.

• Comfort with observing surgical procedures.

• Willingness to travel frequently.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Ability to utilize AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT as aids—not as ghostwriters.

• Understanding of effective content creation, or a willingness to learn.

• Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics.

• Flexibility to work between 50% and 100% of full-time hours.

• Capability to structure your working hours to maintain a five-day work week.

• Submission of a résumé along with writing samples is required.
