This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.
• Supervise all commercial elements of Audio Visual projects.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients working with Astreya.
• Oversee both external and internal budget and scheduling requirements for projects.
• Create comprehensive project plans and manage the entire implementation process, including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control, testing, documentation, training, and ensuring timely delivery within budget limits.
• Facilitate invoicing and assist in the collection of accounts receivable.
• This role requires travel and overnight stays.
• Prepare and oversee project schedules and budgets, providing updates as necessary.
• Communicate the status and progress of projects through routine logs, reports, and updates.
• Manage project scheduling and staffing with both in-house and subcontracted labor.
• Ensure that onsite project teams adhere to project schedules.
• Guarantee the timely preparation of final documentation packages and contract close-outs.
• Carry out additional tasks and take on further responsibilities as required by project demands or directives from the immediate Manager.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a project management position.
• PMP Certification is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Over 5 years of Project Management experience leading teams, resolving conflicts, and adhering to schedule timelines.
• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, and documentation abilities.
• A self-starter capable of quickly learning new tools and becoming familiar with new processes and technologies with minimal assistance.
• Proficient in creating spreadsheets, presentation materials, and project/process documentation.
• Exhibit strong observational and analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information, a keen attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to track and report metrics, and manage risks.
