Auto/Property Subrogation Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Investigate and verify the facts surrounding complex automobile accidents.

• Assess coverage, liability, and damages associated with claims.

• Adjust and negotiate claims within the established limits of authority.

• Provide mentorship to junior staff members.

• Drive equitable and strategic subrogation recoveries.

• Manage various aspects of auto claims investigations, including coverage, liability, and damages.

• Review, assess, and negotiate basic injury claims when necessary.

• Identify vehicle body components and potential property damage.

• Understand and address customer needs utilizing effective customer service skills.

• Evaluate subrogation or fraud potential and determine appropriate handling procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must investigate and verify the facts related to complex automobile accidents.

• Knowledge of subrogation processes and claims investigation methodologies.

• Familiarity with insurance policies, the insurance sector, and organizational relationships.

• Experience in managing auto claims that involve coverage, liability, and damages.

• Capability to review, assess, and negotiate basic injury claims when applicable.

• Ability to identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Proficient in determining subrogation or fraud potential.

• Current active insurance license holders must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and cannot hold outside appointments during employment.

• Applicants with a resident producer license must surrender it when directed by the licensing team.

• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

• Must have a dedicated, private workspace free of distractions when working from home.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is necessary.
