This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide expert training and assistance in both English and French to new and existing clients on PBS Dealer Management Software.
• Primarily conduct virtual training sessions to support customers through the software implementation process.
• Offer onsite training at customer dealerships during new software deployments.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of PBS software and associated training methodologies.
• Manage and conduct assigned training sessions within the main sales department.
• Establish yourself as an independent resource for software installations.
• Independently prioritize tasks and promptly address assigned DTO Cornerstone tickets.
• Navigate and showcase the PBS DMS system while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Address both internal and external training requests.
• Document tickets and escalate issues to the appropriate teams.
• Keep up-to-date with evolving process documentation.
• Share knowledge across departments and contribute to team learning and growth.
• Broaden product knowledge and engage in cross-training opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team atmosphere.
• Carry out other assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Proficient in French and English, encompassing speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in a car dealership setting, with an emphasis on sales.
• Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to swiftly learn and adapt to new software applications.
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA for up to 2 weeks each month.
• Valid passport is mandatory.
• U.S. visa is required if applicable.
• Full, valid, and unrestricted driver's license is necessary.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities.
• Experience with PBS software is a significant advantage.
• Background in facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional documentation skills.
• High School Diploma is required.
