Automotive Implementation Specialist, FL/GA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete client implementation process for both new and existing clients.

• Offer guidance on business process enhancements and best-practice recommendations.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients during and after the implementation phase.

• Prepare and submit compliance-related reports.

• Deliver ongoing training, support, and coaching to clients.

• Analyze and address client issues and complex challenges.

• Assist with the launch of Affiliate and 700Credit products, including follow-up after launch.

• Provide support to members of the Implementation team.

• Keep track of and document communications with clients.

• Inform clients about new product features and updates.

• Deliver outstanding customer service.

• Identify and create cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or account management position.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the automotive sector.

• Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
