This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients within the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing requirements.
• Discover portfolio expansion opportunities by showcasing financing solutions and promoting the offerings of Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and align services with current industry trends.
• Manage the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve the customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Monitor dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Create and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness.
• Work with internal teams to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Assess portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with clients and collaborating with internal team members and external partners at various levels.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to work independently and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel more than 75%, including some overnight travel.
• Ability to travel via flying or driving.
• Capability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
