This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and execute sales strategies to attract and retain dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing requirements.
• Recognize growth opportunities for the portfolio by showcasing financing solutions and advocating for Westlake Flooring Company’s offerings.
• Perform market analysis to stay competitive and align services with current industry trends.
• Supervise the management of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Work together with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Deliver training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Assess dealership conditions and performance.
• Create and maintain risk assessment models to determine dealership creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual (English, Spanish).
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial understanding with practical knowledge of key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and collaborating with internal team members and external partners at all organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills with the capability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel more than 75%, including some overnight travel.
• Capacity to travel, fly, and drive.
• Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory for this position.
