This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Design and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing requirements.
• Identify growth opportunities for the portfolio by presenting financing solutions and promoting Westlake Flooring Company's products.
• Conduct market analysis to ensure competitiveness and align services with emerging industry trends.
• Manage the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction levels.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Oversee the conditions and performance of dealerships.
• Create and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate the creditworthiness of dealerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance metrics, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial knowledge with practical experience in key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with clients and collaborating with internal and external partners at various organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills with the capability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in negotiation and collection techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; or a comparable combination of education and work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel over 75%, including some overnight trips.
• Capability to travel by air and drive as needed.
• Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role.
