This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients within the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Discover opportunities for portfolio expansion by advocating financing solutions and promoting the offerings of Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and align services with current industry trends.
• Supervise the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Deliver training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Assess dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Create and maintain risk assessment models to gauge dealership creditworthiness.
• Work with internal teams to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Build and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships.
• Sign dealerships, drive sales, service accounts, and manage related risks.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive sector across various domains.
• Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients and collaborate effectively with internal team members and external partners at different organizational levels.
• Exceptional time management skills, with the capability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel over 75%, including some overnight trips.
• Capability to travel by air and ground.
• Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary for this role.
