This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining automotive dealer clients.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions and promoting offerings from Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct thorough market research to stay competitive and align services with industry trends.
• Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and proactively address any client issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Monitor dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate the creditworthiness of dealerships.
• Work alongside internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor overall portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen, including familiarity with key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to interact with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at various organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• At least two years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel more than 75% of the time, including some overnight travel.
• Ability to travel by air and drive as needed.
• Capability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
