This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining automotive dealer clients.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by showcasing financing solutions and promoting offerings from Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market research to stay competitive and align services with industry trends.
• Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and proactively address client issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Assess dealership conditions and performance regularly.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate the creditworthiness of dealerships.
• Work with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Understanding of the automotive industry and its various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen along with a working knowledge of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients, internal team members, and external partners at various levels.
• Effective time management skills and the capacity to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a relevant field with 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel over 75%, including some overnight stays.
• Ability to travel by air and drive.
• Capability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Guaranteed bonus income of $2,000 per month for the first 4 months (first month prorated), followed by $1,500 for months 5 and 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8–12.
• Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement averaging $450.
