This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements
• Discover portfolio expansion opportunities by offering financing solutions and promoting the services of Westlake Flooring Company
• Conduct market analysis to maintain competitiveness and align services with current industry trends
• Supervise the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns
• Work together with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services
• Assess dealership conditions and performance
• Develop and sustain risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards
• Monitor portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors
• Strong financial insight with a working knowledge of essential financial tools and terminology
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities to engage with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at various organizational levels
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• BA/BS in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• A minimum of 2 years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required
• Willingness to travel over 75% of the time, with some overnight travel necessary
• Capability to travel by flying or driving
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
• A valid driver’s license is required for this position
• Guaranteed Bonus Income: $2,000 a month for the first 4 months (prorated for month 1), $1,500 for months 5 & 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8-12
• Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement program averaging $450
