This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining automotive dealership clients.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by providing financing solutions and promoting offerings from Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and ensure services align with industry trends.
• Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Monitor conditions and performance metrics of dealerships.
• Develop and sustain risk assessment models to evaluate the creditworthiness of dealerships.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Track portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and its various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to interact with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners across different levels.
• Effective time management skills with the capability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• At least 2 years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel over 75%, including some overnight travel.
• Capability to travel, fly, and drive as necessary.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Guaranteed Bonus Income: $2,000 per month for the first 4 months (month 1 is prorated), $1,500 for months 5 & 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8-12.
• Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement averaging $450.
