This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing requirements.
• Spot opportunities for portfolio growth by showcasing financing solutions and promoting the offerings of Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and align services with industry trends.
• Supervise the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Keep an eye on dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Create and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate dealerships' creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance, which includes loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with practical knowledge of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and collaborating with team members and external partners at various organizational levels.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3 years of related experience, or a comparable combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required.
• Willingness to travel over 75%, including some overnight trips.
• Ability to travel by flying and driving.
• Capability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Valid driver’s license is necessary for this position.
• Guaranteed Bonus Income: $2,000 monthly for the first 4 months (first month is prorated), $1,500 for months 5 and 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8-12.
• Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement averaging $450.
