This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients within the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing requirements.
• Spot opportunities for portfolio growth by showcasing financing solutions and promoting Westlake Flooring Company’s offerings.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and align services with prevailing industry trends.
• Manage the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes and improve customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Keep an eye on dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Design and maintain risk assessment models to gauge dealership creditworthiness.
• Work alongside internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Analyze portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive sector across various industries.
• Strong financial knowledge with practical experience in key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at various levels.
• Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience, or a suitable combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel over 75%, including some overnight trips.
• Ability to travel by air and drive as needed.
• Capability to sit and stand for extended durations.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Guaranteed bonus income: $2,000 a month for 4 months (month 1 prorated), $1,500 for months 5 & 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8-12.
