This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Spot opportunities for portfolio growth by showcasing financing solutions and promoting offerings from Westlake Flooring Company.
• Perform market analysis to stay competitive and align services with prevailing industry trends.
• Manage the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Offer training and assistance to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Assess dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Develop and sustain risk assessment models to gauge dealership creditworthiness.
• Work with internal teams to guarantee adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment patterns.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial knowledge with a practical understanding of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and collaborating with internal team members and external partners at different organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, particularly in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required.
• Willingness to travel over 75% of the time, including some overnight trips.
• Ability to travel, fly, and drive.
• Capacity to sit and stand for prolonged periods.
• Valid driver’s license is necessary for this role.
• Guaranteed Bonus Income: $2,000 per month for the first 4 months (month 1 is prorated), $1,500 for months 5 & 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8-12.
• Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement averaging $450.
