This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients within the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Pinpoint opportunities for portfolio growth by showcasing financing solutions and advocating for Westlake Flooring Company’s offerings.
• Conduct market analysis to maintain competitiveness and align services with prevailing industry trends.
• Supervise the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Assess dealership conditions and performance regularly.
• Create and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate the creditworthiness of dealerships.
• Partner with internal teams to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee portfolio performance metrics, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Familiarity with the automotive sector across various domains.
• Strong financial acumen and a working knowledge of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and collaborating with internal team members and external partners at all organizational levels.
• Proficient time management skills with the capacity to meet deadlines.
• Effective negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a relevant field with 3 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, sales, account management, or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel over 75%, including some overnight trips.
• Must possess the ability to travel, fly, and drive.
• Capability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• A valid driver’s license is required for this role.
• Guaranteed Bonus Income: $2,000 per month for the first 4 months (prorated for the first month), $1,500 for months 5 and 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8-12.
• Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement averaging $450.
