This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing needs.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions and promoting the company's offerings.
• Conduct market research to stay competitive and ensure services align with industry trends.
• Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions and services.
• Keep track of dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate the creditworthiness of dealerships.
• Work with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Travel extensively, including some overnight trips.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen and working knowledge of key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at various organizational levels.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required.
• Willingness to travel more than 75% of the time, including overnight trips.
• Capacity to travel, fly, and drive as needed.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license required.
