This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to accurately assess financing requirements.
• Discover opportunities for portfolio expansion by showcasing financing solutions and promoting the offerings of Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to maintain competitiveness and align services with prevailing industry trends.
• Oversee the management of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve any client issues or concerns.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Provide training and assistance to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Monitor dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Create and uphold risk assessment frameworks to evaluate the creditworthiness of dealerships.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Analyze portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive sector across various fields.
• Strong financial understanding with a solid grasp of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at multiple organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills, capable of meeting deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and collection skills.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel over 75%, with some overnight travel necessary.
• Capability to travel, fly, and drive.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended durations.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
