This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Design and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients within the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Discover opportunities for portfolio expansion by presenting financing solutions and advocating for Westlake Flooring Company’s products.
• Perform market research to maintain competitiveness and align services with industry developments.
• Supervise the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve the customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Assess dealership conditions and performance.
• Create and uphold risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness.
• Partner with internal teams to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Track portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial expertise with a working understanding of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and collaborating with internal team members and external partners at various organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required.
• Willingness to travel more than 75%, including some overnight travel.
• Ability to travel, fly, and drive as needed.
• Capability to sit and stand for prolonged periods.
• A valid driver’s license is required for this role.
