This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining automotive dealership clients.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with dealership owners and influential decision-makers.
• Discover opportunities for portfolio expansion by showcasing financing solutions and promoting offerings from Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and align services with current industry trends.
• Manage the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve client issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and improve the customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding financing solutions and services.
• Monitor dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain risk-assessment models to assess dealership creditworthiness.
• Work with internal teams to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and its various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen along with a solid understanding of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to engage clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at diverse organizational levels.
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in negotiation and collection techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related discipline and 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel over 75%, including some overnight trips.
• Capability to travel by air and drive.
• Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Guaranteed bonus income: $2,000 a month for the first 4 months (prorated for the first month), $1,500 for months 5 and 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8–12.
• Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement averaging $450.
