This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining automotive dealer clients.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Recognize opportunities for portfolio expansion by presenting financing solutions and advocating for Westlake Flooring Company offerings.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and align services with industry developments.
• Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and proactively address any client issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and elevate customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on utilizing financing solutions and services.
• Keep track of dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models to assess dealership creditworthiness.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in partnership with internal teams.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Build and oversee a portfolio of automotive dealerships.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen and familiarity with essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at different organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills with the capability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a relevant field and 3 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required.
• Willingness to travel over 75%, including some overnight travel.
• Capability to travel, fly, and drive as needed.
• Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Guaranteed Bonus Income: $2,000 a month for the first 4 months (month 1 is prorated), $1,500 for months 5 & 6, $1,000 for month 7, and $333 for months 8-12.
