This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to gain insights into their financing requirements.
• Pinpoint opportunities for portfolio expansion by showcasing financing solutions and advocating for Westlake Flooring Company’s services.
• Conduct market analysis to maintain competitiveness and align offerings with industry developments.
• Supervise the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
• Assess account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding the usage of financing solutions and services.
• Keep track of dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Create and maintain risk assessment models to assess dealership creditworthiness.
• Work with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate the portfolio's performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial insight with a working knowledge of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and collaborating with internal team members and external partners at all organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to work independently and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required.
