This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of automation workflows under the guidance of the Automation Lead.

• Create and maintain lightweight scripts for internal tools, data processing, and task automation.

• Manage updates to documentation, meeting notes, and task tracking.

• Compile data and format outputs to prepare weekly and monthly reports, while flagging any anomalies.

• Assist with the setup of agentic AI pipelines, including prompt configuration, tool integration, and basic testing.

• Monitor the performance of running automations, document issues, and escalate errors in a timely manner.

• Conduct research and recommend tools or methods to enhance workflows.

• Collaborate with various teams to collect requirements and document workflow specifications.

• Report directly to the Automation Lead.

• Work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic to intermediate programming skills; proficiency in Python is preferred.

• Familiarity with JavaScript or Bash is an advantage.

• Must have completed at least one AI certification, such as DeepLearning.AI - AI for Everyone, Coursera - Generative AI Fundamentals, Microsoft - Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900), Google - Intro to Generative AI, AWS - Cloud Practitioner (AI track), Hugging Face - AI Agents Course, LangChain - Certified Developer, or an equivalent.

• Certifications focused on agentic processes are preferred; those covering agentic workflows, prompt engineering, or AI orchestration are prioritized.

• Demonstrated understanding of agentic AI workflows, including agents, tools, and orchestration.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong written communication skills for effective documentation and reporting.
