Automation Quality Assurance Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and execute both manual and automated tests across the SE platform.

• Ensure thorough feature coverage.

• Contribute to high-quality releases and minimize time to market by enhancing automation test coverage.

• Engage and participate in agile ceremonies.

• Take part in test cycles for end-to-end verification and validation processes.

• Automate existing manual tests.

• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.

• Share expertise and provide mentorship to team members as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Eagerness to learn and/or in-depth knowledge of Cypress and TypeScript.

• Strong automation skills and a thorough understanding of frameworks and tools for web application and microservices testing.

• Familiarity with cloud, microservices, and third-party integration-based architecture and databases.

• Extensive experience with version control systems like Git for managing test artifacts.

• Proficiency in using GitHub Actions.

• Experience collaborating with DevOps to develop and enhance a CI/CD pipeline.

• Proven experience in a fast-paced Agile environment with shifting priorities.

• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal, and team-building abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and advanced problem-solving skills.

• Proven capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
